Rules for using the eCommerceX platform

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, using our website builder, or accessing any eCommerceX service, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional service rules communicated by us.

Platform usage

• You must provide accurate account, business, and billing information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not use eCommerceX for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity.
• You are responsible for product information, pricing, images, policies, customer communication, and store content.
• You must comply with applicable laws, payment rules, consumer protection rules, and tax obligations related to your business.

Subscription and payment

eCommerceX is a SaaS platform. Access to certain features may require paid subscription, plan renewal, usage fee, setup fee, or other service charges. Pricing, plan limits, feature access, and billing cycles may change with prior notice where practical.

Store owner responsibilities

You own and control the business decisions for your online store. eCommerceX provides platform tools, but we are not responsible for your products, inventory, shipping, delivery, customer disputes, product quality, refunds to your customers, or legal compliance of your store content.

Intellectual property

eCommerceX, its platform design, interface, templates, branding, software, workflows, and related materials are owned by eCommerceX or its licensors. You may use the platform according to your subscription, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its protected materials.

Footer credit

Every website created, delivered, hosted, or maintained through eCommerceX may include a platform footer credit stating Developed by eCommerceX.ai. This credit is part of the platform terms and must remain visible unless eCommerceX provides a separate written removal option or applicable paid feature.

Service availability

We work to keep eCommerceX reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, internet issues, third-party service failures, security events, or force majeure situations may affect access.

Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails payment, misuses the platform, or engages in activity that may harm eCommerceX, other users, or third parties.
